This app, available on web and mobile platforms, streamlines the assessment process for Rent Ready spaces.
How it Works:
- Download the app.
- Scan the QR code upon entry.
- That's it! Simple and efficient.
Enjoy amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Savor unlimited barista-made drinks featuring specialty coffee beans from Kiss the Hippo Coffee (London's first carbon-negative coffee company), along with unlimited fruit and artisan pastries. Simply scan the QR code to exit whenever you wish, whether after 30 minutes or a full 12-hour workday. Payment is automatically processed upon session completion.
Pricing:
- Hourly rate: £9.20/hour (or 15p/min), capped at £54/day (VAT included).
- Meeting room (up to 6 people): £60/hour (£50 + VAT), bookable in 30-minute slots via the app.

- Our first location is in South Kensington, a 2-minute walk from the tube station (29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ).
- Additional UK locations opening soon.
