The Hospital Authority (HA) introduces HA Go, a comprehensive mobile application designed to streamline healthcare management. Integrating several existing HA apps and adding new features, HA Go puts essential healthcare tools at your fingertips. Key features include:

• Appointment Management: View upcoming appointments and access your attendance records for the past year.

• Specialist Outpatient Clinic Bookings (BookHA): Easily apply for new appointments at Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOPC) across various specialties, including Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.

• Convenient Payment (Pay HA): Pay your medical bills directly through the app, using options like "Scan and Pay" and barcode payments at convenience stores. Access your billing information anytime.

• Personalized Rehabilitation (Rehab): Follow your therapist-prescribed rehabilitation exercises using interactive multimedia content, including videos and games. Complete your program at your own pace, anywhere, anytime.

• Medication Management: Access your dispensing records, medication information, and allergy details.

• My Health Info: Receive personalized health information and instructions from healthcare professionals via e-pamphlets, videos, and audio tracks. The app features a convenient soundtrack player with repetition controls, allowing playback within the app or in the background. All health information is provided by the Hospital Authority.

Further enhancements and features are planned for future releases of HA Go. The app is currently available in both Chinese and English.
