Getting started is easy. Register through our app, even if you have less than a year of driving experience with a Category B license. You'll need your passport and driver's license on hand. For security reasons, you'll need to take photos of your documents during registration, as uploading from your device's memory isn't allowed. The verification process and account approval typically take no more than 30 minutes.

Payments are seamless with a bank payment card. After registering, you can add your card to the app. Make sure your card has the 3D-Secure service activated for added online payment security. When linking your card, a temporary charge of 1 BYN will be debited and immediately returned to your card.

Each car comes equipped with a charger, phone holder, and a booster. In winter, you'll find a scraper brush for snow removal and a bottle of washer fluid in the trunk.
