Welcome to the Royal Petrol LLP loyalty program, designed to reward both regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol filling station network and Continent mini markets. As the owner of gas filling networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent trademarks, Royal Petrol LLP is excited to offer this program to enhance your experience with us. Through this initiative, we aim to encourage our valued Members by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), special discounts, and tailored special offers that align with your interests.

Our loyalty program is governed by specific Rules that outline how Members can participate and benefit from the program. A Participant is defined as an adult or a minor aged 14 and above, who is legally permitted to engage in small household transactions and is registered in the Program according to these Rules. Only individuals with an individual identification number, as per the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, can become Participants.

To join the Program, Participants must complete a Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) during the registration process, as outlined in the Rules. By filling out the Questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On personal data and their protection." This consent covers various methods of processing, including advertising and informational mailings via email, instant messengers, SMS, telephone, and postal communications, as well as the use of automation tools and electronic computers to create a database. This consent remains valid until it is withdrawn in writing by the Program Participant.

Our Virtual Card is an electronic card generated within the Mobile Application and does not require a physical medium. The Mobile Application, known as Royal Petrol, is designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices and is available on iOS and Android platforms. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application, which is essential for managing your loyalty program experience.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded by the Company when Participants purchase goods at Royal Petrol filling stations under the terms of the Program. Each Bonus point is equivalent to one tenge. These Bonuses can only be redeemed for purchases within the Royal Petrol filling station network. The Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) tracks the number of accrued, withdrawn, and current balance of Bonuses for each Participant.
