A core feature of RYFFC is the Ryff – a concise, 88-character "hot take" on an article created by users. Ryffs facilitate engaging discussions around articles, pop culture, and news, moving beyond traditional comment sections. Respond to Ryffs you find interesting with a Ryff Back!

We employ a unique turn-based system: you can only reply to a Ryff once until the original Ryffer responds. Choose your words wisely!

Customizable Self-Moderation:

RYFFC allows users to control the level of potentially controversial content they encounter. Three moderation levels are available:

• G (General): Mild or non-controversial content only.
• M (Moderate): Mild to moderately controversial content.
• BE (Bleeding Edge): All available content, including highly controversial material.

User Voting:

Complementing self-moderation, users can vote on the appropriate moderation level for each article.
