How to Play 101 Okey Vip Offline
101 Okey Vip is a multi-round game played with four players, where the goal is to finish with the lowest possible score. The winner is the player who has the fewest points at the end of all rounds. Points are calculated based on the remaining tiles in a player's hand; for example, a red 3 equals three points, while a black 11 equals eleven points. The game ends either when no tiles are left in the deck or when a player completes their hand.
Getting Started with the Game
The dealer, chosen at the start, distributes 21 tiles to each player and 22 to the player on their right. The remaining tiles are placed face down on the table, with one tile turned face up to determine the joker (OKEY tile). Play proceeds counterclockwise, starting with the player to the dealer's right, who begins by discarding a tile without drawing one. Players then take turns either drawing a tile from the deck or picking up the last discarded tile. If a player's hand totals 101 points, they can open their hand by laying out their arranged sets on the table. If unable to play a tile, they must discard one to end their turn. Every player must end their turn by discarding a tile, even if they've played all their tiles.
Joker (Okey Stone or Riziko)
The joker (OKEY stone) varies each game. Two joker tiles, known as fake jokers, represent the number one higher than the face-up tile. These jokers have a distinct appearance from regular tiles. For instance, if the indicator tile is a blue 5, the real jokers in play are the two blue 6s, and fake jokers are valued as blue 6s.
Deals and Showing Hands
To open your hand, you need at least 101 points, achieved through sets of three or four tiles of different colors with the same number (e.g., black 5, red 5, blue 5) or sequences of the same color (e.g., red 7, 8, 9). Sets must contain at least three tiles. You can open your hand and add to existing sets during the same game. If you pick up a discarded tile, you must use it immediately to open your hand or add to an existing set. If you can't use the tile, it's returned, and you draw another from the deck without penalty.
Doubles
Another method to open your hand is by collecting at least five pairs of tiles. Once you open your hand with doubles, you can't open a normal set in the same game but can add to sets already on the table opened by other players.
