This superhero game lets you unleash tornadoes, summon storms, and wield laser beams! You play as a feared superhero in a Miami/Las Vegas-style city (actually New York) battling gangsters from America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and more. Dominate the city's criminal underworld using your incredible superpowers: summon devastating weather, fire lightning beams, and scale any building.
This third-person city simulator offers extensive gameplay: drive cars, motorbikes, and airplanes; explore the vast city and rugged mountains; steal and drive supercars; engage in intense gunfights; and pull off amazing stunts on a BMX. Even commandeer an F-90 tank or a powerful attack helicopter!
Do you have what it takes to rule the criminal hierarchy? Prepare for a thrilling adventure filled with robbery, murder, shooting, and combat! Explore the city's hottest criminal hotspots, steal cars, evade the police, race through the streets, and take down rival gangs. The game features a fully open-world environment. You can also purchase upgrades in a shop to help you complete missions and liberate the city from the clutches of the mafia. Many missions take place on the streets, while others are set in Chinatown and other gang territories.
