It's important to note that MAME4droid is solely an emulator and does not include any ROMs or copyrighted materials.

Please understand that MAME4droid is not affiliated with the Mame's team, so any inquiries should be directed to the appropriate channels and not to the Mame's team. Given that this version is based on the latest PC MAME version, it demands higher device specifications than its predecessors. Even with a high-end device, you should not expect all "modern" arcade games from the 90s onwards to run at full speed or with complete compatibility.

With such a vast library of supported games and systems, performance can vary significantly. Some titles may run smoothly, while others may not function at all. It's crucial to set realistic expectations, as supporting over 40,000 titles comprehensively is beyond the scope of any single emulator. After installation, you should place your MAME-compatible zipped ROMs in the /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.seleuco.mame4d2024/files/roms folder. An important note: this version of MAME4droid is compatible only with the '0.269' romset and not with romsets from older versions.
