The first Talisman of the Divine is available for purchase from the Boastful Shopkeeper on Virga Island. Locate him in the Dragon Statue Plaza; he sells only one for 100,000 Reeve.

Defeating Homo Sondro, the hidden final boss encountered after defeating the "Apostles of the Apocalypse" bounty (available from September 26th in the game's final month), yields another Talisman of the Divine.

A third Talisman resides at the Tower of Insolence's summit. While accessible during Altabury Heights' free time, reaching the upper floors requires a return visit during a subsequent free period. Since you'll need to return to fight The Devourer of Stars, obtaining the Talisman then is recommended.
