Their mission involves hunting down vampires, whom they call "Hollow Ones," under the guise of "training exercises" and "counter-terrorism efforts."

Leading the IAB in Seattle is Agent Baker, a figure known for her disciplined pragmatism and relentless pursuit to eradicate vampires. Nicknamed "The Hen" by her loyal subordinates, Agent Baker meticulously delves into strange occurrences and historical data to unravel the connections to the clandestine vampire community. Her unwavering authority and strategic approach make her a formidable adversary.

The hunters of the IAB are exceptionally well-coordinated, maintaining strict security both outside and within their base. Confronting them alone is a daunting task due to their teamwork, use of spotlights, and constant communication through portable radios.
